If only you could have scored in the first half or at least kept the momentum. My dad even told me he would fly us to Poland and somehow find us tickets to the game if you guys beat the Czechs :/ The Scottish ref really pissed me off with some of his calls or lack thereof. You guys had so many chances and you kept the pressure on the Czechs, and the first half hour was bloody brilliant. I just don’t even know what happened with the Czech goal. Where was the defense?
Przemysław Tytoń was fucking amazing and made several wonderful, brilliant saves. He started off on the bench, but ended up being really impressive, and I’m super proud of him. Maybe we’ll do better during the World Cup :]

One person says the phrase “Polish death camp”, a phrase referring to an unfortunate event that is geographically correct. It offends everyone in Poland. Another person spells continental name of our country wrong in a promotional product - except it really wasn’t him, it was…
This really, really, really offends me. My Jewish friend tried to tell me that Poland was just as much responsible and evil to the Jews as the Germans were (which in itself is incorrect as many of the Germans were not into all that anyway). The Polish people were persecuted by the Nazis as well - up until the day he died, my grandpa loathed Germany. Poland was forced into having concentration camps. The Poles tried their hardest to keep the Nazis out of their beloved country. Their horsemen rode up to fucking tanks and dropped grenades in those fuckers. Remember, the camp was called Auschwitz - you can’t get more German than a name like that. The Nazis didn’t just try to exterminate Jewish people, but also the gypsies, the disabled, the old, Polish people, and whoever else Hitler decided to fuck over. People these days like to gloss over that fact.
